To strengthen our team at our location in Gronau (Westphalia), we are looking for a Replenishment Specialist (m/f/d) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). 

This position is designed as an on-site role, as close collaboration with our team and stakeholders is essential to its success.

Your role

Working closely with Category Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain, you will manage product flows and actively contribute to reducing excess stock, avoiding out-of-stock situations and continuously improving processes.

You will make data-driven decisions while maintaining full visibility of stock levels and demand.

Your key responsibilities

  • Plan and place orders based on sales data and forecasts
  • Analyze inventory performance, including stock levels, coverage and turnover & translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding quantities, delivery times and discrepancies
  • Support demand planning through analysis of sales trends and seasonality
  • Maintain and manage relevant planning parameters within the ERP system
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities across replenishment and inventory processes

Your profile

  • Several years of relevant experience in replenishment, demand planning or purchasing within the FMCG sector; experience in sourcing and/or price negotiation for new products is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with data and numbers
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Experience with ERP systems and very good Excel skills
  • Fluent in German and English; Turkish is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
